We are looking for a communicator/communication strategist for our client in Uppsala for an assignment that starts immediately and lasts for 1-3 months. The position is 100% full-time. The workplace is located near the travel center in Uppsala, making it easy to commute. There is also the possibility to work remotely part of the time.

Your responsibilities

• Internal and external communication work at operational and strategic levels

• Plan, implement, and evaluate communication efforts

• Advising managers, clients, and colleagues on communication issues

• Developing messages, news texts, and content for digital channels and social media

• Creating materials for information and marketing

• Ordering productions from internal production units and/or contracted suppliers

• Publishing information on external and internal websites

Your qualifications

• University education, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least five (5) years of relevant work experience from similar/equivalent work

• Experience supporting larger projects and change initiatives

• Strong writing skills with the ability to write target group-adapted content for different channels

• Knowledge of digital communication, social media, and brand building

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good knowledge of editing tools (e.g., InDesign and Photoshop) and web publishing tools (e.g., Optimizly/Episerver)

Meritorious 

Experience working:

• With infrastructure projects and/or community building

• In public and/or politically governed operations

• As a hired consultant
